Stage Auditions for the 2012 St Louis Renaissance Festival
When: Saturday, January 7, 2012 2 PM – 4 PM
Saturday, January 21, 2012 10 AM – Noon
Wednesday, February 8, 2012 6 PM – 8 PM
Where: Masonic Hall, 602 Meyer Rd. Wentzville, MO
Format: The St. Louis Renaissance Faire at Rotary Park in Wentzville, MO is looking for 6 to 12 street performer/buskers to entertain in the lanes at the Faire this coming season. We are seeking musicians, mimes, minstrels, magicians, jugglers, balladeers, and assorted variety artists. Performers are expected to provide their own era-appropriate costuming and props. Performers can pass the hat and may receive a small daily stipend, depending on the act.
The Faire is also looking for 3 to 6 street-theater-style stage acts appropriate for our stages, where the fourth wall is meant to be broken. Be prepared to present five minutes of your act during the audition. For more information, contact performers@renstl.org
